Order/Invoice/Payment

In reply to your order you will receive the invoice with the bank account data for advance payment.

PayPal is accepted as well. As soon as the payment is verified you will receive a confirmation email and insured shipping will be done the next working day.

Shipping

You will be kept informed regarding the shipping details per tracking number. Please be aware that international delivery may take a couple of days, typically:

• Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg  2 to 3 days
• France, UK, Austria, Switzerland up to 5 days
• Italy, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia up to 7 days
• US, Ireland, Norway, Greece, Hong Kong, South Korea up to 9 days
• Canada, Australia, Russia, Chile  12 to 14 days
• UAE, Mexico 24 to 28 days

Express shipping within the EU takes 1 to 2 days, no Express shipping abroad the EU.

Shipping abroad the EU on request, value of goods declaration is 73,-/139,-€ for what customs as well as additional local taxes and fees may be charged.

Due to unreliable processing/handling no direct shipping to Saudi Arabia, however Aramex may be an option.

Cancellation

The order may be cancelled in a written form within 14 days after reception of goods. If parts are returned for any reason max. 73,-€/139,-€ value of goods will be refunded. Return shipping is not free of charge!
 

Liability exclusion
This repair is 100% on the risk of the car owner. Even if any kind of subsequent malfunction or damage may be due to the repair itself, there is no liability on the manufacturer/distributor side and this is accepted with an order. Therefore repair procedure is offered as a consulting service only. It comes with a sample repair kit which is free of charge. The kit contains all required material and a detailed step by step repair instruction.

The repair kit is no OEM part and as always in case of  ‘do it yourself’  the car owner bears liability for accomplishment of the repair and for any subsequent material damage or personal injury. It is his responsibility to inform any third party operating the vehicle.

If this modification was done by a third party, the car owner has to be informed about these conditions.

Warranty

Unbalance of the shaft, a damaged ball bearing, a worn flex disc or the CV-joint may be sources for vibration and noise. Therefore always the whole cardan shaft assembly is replaced at the dealership in case of a center support mount failure. Accordingly any vibration and/or noise are no reasons for claiming warranty after accomplishment of the repair. The new rubber unit itself is under warranty for 2 years.
